<p>Hey, quick thought I wanted to share.</p>
<p>I had a warm moment during a recent conversation on The Purpose Path Podcast that really stuck with me. We were talking about how easy it is to forget that we are capable of so much more than our minds tell us. You know that noise in your head? It's often more of a trickster than a helper. It wants to convince you that you can’t, that you’re not enough. But here’s the truth: "You are capable of everything." I’ve seen it time and time again, both in myself and others.</p>
<p>One of the guests shared a powerful insight about the importance of being present. It reminded me how often we let our thoughts take us to the past or the future. But our presence? That’s where we find ourselves. The here and now is where we can truly connect with our feelings and our bodies. It’s a simple shift, but it can change everything. When you're in the moment, everything opens up.</p>
<p>So, here’s a little thing to try today: the next time you feel that noise creeping in, just pause. Take a deep breath and ask yourself, "What am I feeling right now?" Don’t rush to fix it. Just acknowledge it. You might uncover something that helps you connect back to your own strength.</p>
