Last week a woman messaged me. She had been following my content for six months. She wrote three sentences that stopped me: "I have been reading everything you post. I want to work with you. I do not know where to start."

<figure><img src="https://ezycourse.b-cdn.net/2104/cmsic3q3uuc567vpbg7o46sfm.jpg" alt="Chenzo Holistic Coaching" style="width:100%;max-width:600px;border-radius:12px;display:block;margin:20px auto;"/></figure>

I realised most people are in that spot. They know something in them is ready. They just do not know which door to open first.

So this is the map. Every free thing I have built, in order of how deep it goes. Start where you are.

<h2>Start with the free oracle reading</h2>

If you want a mirror before you commit to anything, this is it. Pick one card or three. Ask what you actually want to know. Read what comes back honestly.

No email. No signup. Just clarity.

<a href="https://chenzoholisticcoaching.com/en/oracle-reading">Try the oracle reading →</a>

<h2>Read the ebook I wrote for the version of me from ten years ago</h2>

Five truths that would have saved me years of confusion. Nothing fancy. Just what I wish someone had told me when I was still numbing everything I could not sit with.

<a href="https://chenzoholisticcoaching.com/en/product-detail/5-things-i-wish-someone-told-me-before-i-started-my-healing-journey/13939/">Download the ebook →</a>

<blockquote>You are not broken. You are just unclear. And clarity changes everything.</blockquote>

<h2>Try a full course, no cost</h2>

These are not sample lessons. These are complete courses I made and put out for free because some people need to see what is possible before they can invest.

<a href="https://chenzoholisticcoaching.com/en/course-detail/your-holistic-starting-point/42152/">Your Holistic Starting Point</a> is the shortest one. For empaths who overthink everything and stay stuck. Read it in an hour, sit with it for a week.

<a href="https://chenzoholisticcoaching.com/en/course-detail/the-first-layer/5545/">The First Layer</a> is my free intro to breaking the addiction cycle. Fourteen lessons. Honest. If you are early in recovery or supporting someone who is, start here.

<h2>Come sit with people who are doing this work too</h2>

I have five free communities inside my platform. Different focus per community. You are welcome in any that resonates.

Browse them at <a href="https://chenzoholisticcoaching.com/en/all-products">chenzoholisticcoaching.com/en/all-products</a>.

<h2>And when you are ready to hear my voice regularly</h2>

The Purpose Path Podcast is where the deeper conversations happen. Guests, solo episodes, Ask Chenzo Q&amp;A sessions. Weekly.

<a href="https://open.spotify.com/show/7Ccw1Fca1oOBmH8EMqAjcO">Listen on Spotify</a> or <a href="https://youtube.com/@chenzoholisticcoaching">watch on YouTube</a>.

<h2>When free is not enough anymore</h2>

If you have gone through some of this and something in you keeps saying "I want to talk to him one on one", book a free 30 minute discovery call.

Thirty minutes. No pressure. Just clarity on what is possible for you.

<a href="https://cal.com/chenzoholisticcoaching/free-30-min-online-discovery-session-discover-your-next-step">Book your free call →</a>

Back to the woman who messaged me. I sent her this exact map. She started with the oracle reading, moved through the ebook, then booked a call. Three weeks later she signed for coaching.

Not everyone follows that path. But everyone gets to start somewhere.

Start here.
